PayPal is my preferred payment method for online orders. You can use a credit card and use PayPal without signing up for an account.
You can also pay over the phone with a credit card through ProPay. If you are interested in that option, contact me and we can arrange payment over the phone. It does take a few days for me to receive payment, and I don’t mail orders out until I receive your payment.
6.5% taxes will be added in IL
Jewelry is not intended for children under 14 and must be used with parental guidance.
US in-stock orders:
Jewelry orders are mailed within 3-5 business days by US Postal Service first-class mail with delivery confirmation. It may take anywhere from 4-8 days to receive your order. If you need it more quickly, please let me know at the time of the order.
Kippot orders are mailed within 3-5 business days (in-stock kippot) by US Postal Service 2-3 day Priority Mail with delivery confirmation.
International in-stock orders:
Jewelry orders are mailed within 3-5 days by US Postal Service first-class mail. Delivery confirmation is not available.
Priority mail – upgraded mailing and insurance
By your request, priority mail can be added on and invoiced prior to mailing.
Buyer will be responsible for all duties charges and taxes on items overseas.
Buyer will be responsible for any shipping costs on orders and returns.
My products come from a cat-friendly and smoke friendly home. If you are allergic to cats or smoke, please do not order.
You must contact me within 14 days of receipt if there is a problem with your order.
Refunds will be given on a case by case basis. PLEASE CONTACT ME FIRST before returning an item for an authorization.
I reserve the right to offer you a store credit in lieu of a refund, and to choose the amount of the refund.
Buyer will return the item to me with tracking information or delivery confirmation ensuring that the package does not get damaged within 10 days of receipt. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs to me.
Overstock/clearance items are not returnable.
I’m sorry, but I cannot guarantee wear on scrabble or glass tile pendants. For sanitary reasons, jewelry that has been worn cannot be returned.
Require at least a 75% downpayment for materials purchase before work is begun. (This is an estimate, the actual cost for the item may be different, but I will let you know if it’s higher.)
When I receive the downpayment, I will begin ordering the supplies, and working on the item. I’ll email you when I receive the supplies and I’ll be in touch with you often and will send you pictures of the item when it is complete. This downpayment signifies the client’s willingness to proceed with the custom order.
If you cancel the order, part of this payment is non-refundable, depending on how many supplies I ordered and how much work has been completed at the time you cancel. Store credit may be substituted.
I reserve the right to determine if a refund is warranted and choose the amount of the refund.

LinorStore Jewelry disclaimer:
LinorStore Jewelry Designs including, but not limited to: necklaces, bracelets, and earrings may pose a choking hazard to small children. Also, some of my designs feature Swarovski crystals, which contain lead. I am legally obligated to inform you of the potential hazard based on the assumption that kids will put any and everything into their mouths. Although Swarovski claims the lead in their crystals is not” easily released”, it is better to be safe.
Safety: All small parts are a choking hazard for small children. Do not allow children to play with beads or let them place any jewelry, charms, findings, etc. in their mouths, because they may accidentally ingest or choke on them. Never suck or chew on your jewelry or wear it to bed, in the shower or in the pool. Please keep your little ones and pets safe!
Customer agrees that use of the product(s) is entirely at customer’s own risk. Products are provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. This disclaimer of liability applies to any damages or injury caused by any failure of performance, error, omission or use for unauthorized purposes, customer acknowledges the risk of injury from the foregoing rests entirely with customer. This does not affect your rights in terms of replacement of faulty goods for store credit or an exchange.
