My Black Kippah is a popular design for dark-haired Jewish women who want the kippah to blend in with their hair. It is more modest and might not be as visible as a white or turquoise wire kippah.
Note: the second photo shows the kippah with my tallit.
To measure the right size kipah, this may sound silly, but it works.
Materials you’ll need:
-2 cut-out white paper circles: one measuring 4 inches and the other 5 inches.
Place the 4″ circle on top of your head and bend your head down to look into the mirror.
Do the same with the 5″ circle.
The 4″ is a small, 4.5″ is medium and 5″ is large. Note that I do make 6″ kippot, too.
Choose the best size kipa for the look you want.
“Linda, the Black Kippah is the perfect fit and has the look I want for everyday wear. I’m such a fan of your work, this is the second one I’m ordering.” -Vivienne
